Event History
The Event History section provides a chronological list of significant events related to your monitored services, such as when a service goes offline or comes back online. It helps you track the history of your services and manage incidents quickly.
Key Information​
- Event Timeline: Displays a visual timeline of the events. The timeline shows when services went offline and when they came back online.
- Manage Incident: For any downtime or issues, the Manage Incident button is available next to the event. Clicking this button will take you to the Incidents Page where you can manage and resolve the incident.
How to Use​
- Track Service Status: By reviewing the event history, you can easily see when services have experienced downtime and when they recovered. This can help identify patterns and recurring issues.
- Manage Incidents: Whenever a service goes offline, you can immediately click on Manage Incident to address the issue. This will redirect you to the Incidents Page, where you can view details about the incident and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
